Assembly and Use

PLAY
STEP 1
Attaching Handles
Both handles must be attached for safe, stable use. Slide each handle into one of the grooves on the side of the outer cup. Pull the handle upward until a light snap is heard and the "ledge" of the handle is over the lip of the cup. Once properly attached, handles cannot be removed — attempting to remove them will damage the cup and cause leakage.
STEP 2
Filling the Outer Cup
Before assembling, wash all Provale Cup parts. Determine the correct cup size: the 5cc Blue Cup or the 10cc Brown Cup. Confirm that the inner and outer cup parts are the same color before proceeding. Fill the outer cup with thin liquid to or below the fill line on the inside of the outer cup (approximately 8 oz). Do not overfill, as this may cause leakage.
STEP 3
Inserting the Lid
Assemble the mid cup and the lid (top) by snapping them together — an audible click should be heard. These parts can only be assembled one way.
STEP 4
Final Check
Place the mid cup/lid assembly into the outer cup and press down on the edges. A slight audible click should be heard. The cup is now ready to use.
STEP 5
Refilling
To refill, remove the lid, pour in the liquid up to, or below the 8-ounce line, and secure the lid again.
Important Tips
  • Use only thin liquids—thick liquids may cause malfunction.
  • Keep vent holes clear for accurate dispensing.
  • Never overfill the cup.

Welcome
In this quick guide, we’ll walk you through how to clean and maintain your Provale Cup, ensuring its longevity and optimal performance.
STEP 1
Rinse and Clean
Once properly disassembled, rinse all parts — lid, inner cup, and outer cup — thoroughly with hot water. Apply mild dish soap to each piece and gently scrub with a soft cloth or sponge, paying special attention to the vent holes on the lid and inner cup.
STEP 2
Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse all components well to remove any soap residue.
STEP 3
Air Dry
Place the parts on a clean surface or drying rack and let them air dry completely.
STEP 4
Dishwasher Option
All parts of the Provale Cup are dishwasher safe up to 180 degrees F, whether you're using an industrial or home dishwasher. Just ensure the parts are placed on the top rack to avoid heat damage.
STEP 5
Reassemble
Once dry, carefully reassemble your Provale Cup. For help with this, refer to the instructional video for assembly and disassembly.
STEP 6
Check Functionality
Make sure the inner cup is seated properly within the outer cup and the lid fits snuggly. All vent holes must be clear and unobstructed for the cup to function properly.
